  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of issue (clear pictures/videos) must be provided

We do not offer exchange or return in the following cases:

  • Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery

  4. Our team will review your request
  5. If approved, we will arrange an exchange

🚚 Exchange Process

  • Once approved, we will schedule a pickup or replacement delivery
  • Replacement will be provided as soon as possible (usually within a few days)
  • No additional delivery charges for approved damaged/wrong items

  • All items are checked before dispatch to ensure quality
  • We are not responsible for damages reported after the 24-hour window
  • Abuse of return policy may result in restriction from future purchases
