We only offer exchange (not refund) under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order
To be eligible for exchange:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of issue (clear pictures/videos) must be provided
❌ Non-Exchangeable Situations
We do not offer exchange or return in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor color or size differences (due to lighting or screen display)
- Used or damaged products by customer
- Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery
📸 How to Request an Exchange
If you face an issue, follow these steps:

- Send clear photos/videos of the product issue
- Share your order details (name, phone number, order ID)
- Our team will review your request
- If approved, we will arrange an exchange
🚚 Exchange Process
- Once approved, we will schedule a pickup or replacement delivery
- Replacement will be provided as soon as possible (usually within a few days)
- No additional delivery charges for approved damaged/wrong items

- All items are checked before dispatch to ensure quality
- We are not responsible for damages reported after the 24-hour window
- Abuse of return policy may result in restriction from future purchases
